Specialist Financial Advisers

At Wesleyan Financial Services, we want our Specialist Financial Advisers to spend their time doing what they do best: meeting clients and providing expert advice. With no ties to an office, you’ll enjoy the freedom to plan your work around your life and manage your schedule effectively to benefit both your clients and our business.

As a Specialist Financial Adviser at Wesleyan, you’ll have the assistance of a dedicated support team to help ease the administrative pressure of the role. They’ll also be on hand to help you build a loyal and valuable client base by supporting appointment booking, customer acquisition and technical support for complex cases.

This isn’t a 9-5, office-based role. You’ll have the autonomy to plan your days, weeks and months as you see fit, building a schedule that works for you. This level of flexibility also ensures that you’re able to meet your clients at times that best suit them.

Supporting our most trusted professions

A key part of the Specialist Financial Adviser role is the opportunity to build lasting client relationships while maintaining a clear focus on business growth.

As well as the flexibility you need to strike a healthy work-life balance, you’ll also be given a client base in a trusted professional sector, such as medicine, dentistry, teaching or law. You’ll be offering tailored products that have been manufactured specifically for these chosen markets, enabling you to help your clients meet their financial goals.

You’ll quickly develop a deep understanding of the sector that your clients work in from the comprehensive training we provide – designed to ensure the right match between customer and adviser.

  • Arrange initial appointments for our customers to meet with their local SFA
  • Build strong relationships with our SFAs to ensure our customers receive excellent levels of service
  • Communicate with both internal and external customers via a wide range of channels (for example, outbound and inbound calling, email and Live Chat)
  • Work with our SFAs to support the development of the area they advise in

Our commitment to flexible working

When you join the SRC, you’ll be offered flexible shift patterns between the hours of 9am and 8pm. What’s more, you won’t be required to work weekends.

With the option of working from home or the office, you’ll be able to manage your schedule and find the right work-life balance for you.
