Diversity, Equity and Inclusion

It’s well-known that businesses with diverse decision makers consider the widest possible range of perspectives when developing their products and servicing their customers. At Wesleyan, DEI is not about political correctness or ticking a box, it’s about our growth. Wesleyan’s growth is dependent on attracting and nurturing diverse talent, treating colleagues equitably and creating an inclusive culture where everyone can speak out and make a difference in delivering good customer outcomes.

Our 2025 - 2026 outcomes are:

Five hands in a circle

Diversity

"We will recruit and develop diverse teams that reflect and represent the customers and communities we serve"

Three people on progressively higher steps

Equity

"We will work towards fairer pay equity for all colleagues and openly share our progress via transparent reporting"

Three people sitting around a table

Inclusion

"We will be inclusive and respectful so that colleagues can thrive, speak up, and make a real difference in delivering good customer outcomes"

Our Employee Network Groups

Our Employee Network Groups play an important role in supporting Wesleyan to deliver real change.
They provide a safe space for people to communicate their views and influence the matters that affect them at work.
We encourage all colleagues to get involved, as a Network Chair, Network Lead or as allies, so that we can use our difference to make a difference.
All Employee Network Groups are sponsored by members of our Group Executive Committee
