Smart Working

There’s no one-size-fits-all when it comes to Smart Working – put simply, it means greater choice and flexibility in how, when and where you work

The needs of our customers and the desired outcomes for our business should be at the heart of our decision-making, but every role has the scope to work in smarter ways that offer greater flexibility

The recommended number of days spent in the office isn’t fixed or mandated, but all colleagues will be required to come into the office in some capacity. This will ensure we unlock the true benefits of hybrid working, including improved collaboration, networking, and enhanced physical and mental wellbeing
