Specialist Financial Advisers

Support Relationship Centre

Our Support Relationship Centre (SRC) is a vibrant department with a dedicated team who are committed to delivering a high-quality service to our customers. When you join the General Insurance team at Wesleyan, we’ll enhance your existing skills and knowledge with a tailored induction programme designed to bring you up to speed with our department-specific processes.

From supporting new business to retaining customers, we’ll equip you with the tools and training you need to reach your career goals and establish yourself as a General Insurance professional.

A Flexible Approach to Working

When you join the SRC, you’ll be offered flexible shift patterns between the hours of 9am and 8pm. What’s more, you won’t be required to work weekends.

You will have the flexibility to spend a minimum of 40% of your month at the office, which typically translates to 2 days per week. You can choose how you split your 40% to ensure you get the best out of your office time and collaborating with colleagues.

General Insurance

Wesleyan’s General Insurance department is an exciting and fast-paced place to work.
