Holidays
Recharge your batteries with 28 days of annual leave, plus all UK bank holidays.
After 5 years of service, this will increase to 30 days.

We know that there are days in the calendar that are important to you, but they may not be recognised as public holidays. That’s why we offer an annual Culture Day that can be used to mark this occasion. If there isn’t a specific religious or cultural occasion you wish to celebrate, you could spend the day in a way that helps support your mental wellbeing, or do anything you chose.

Smart Working
If you’re office based, you will be required to spend a minimum of 40% of your month at the office, which typically translates to 2 days per week. You can choose how you split your 40% to ensure you get the best out of your office time and collaborating with colleagues.

Pension Plan
Wesleyan will help you save for your future by matching your contribution of between 4% and 8%. We also pay an additional 2% of your pensionable earnings up to a maximum of 10%. We also have a bonus sacrifice scheme.

Depending on your personal circumstances, Life Assurance will be a lump sum benefit of four times your annual base pay, payable upon death in service.
