Our Employee Network Groups play an important role in supporting Wesleyan to deliver real change. They provide a safe space for people to communicate their views and influence the matters that affect them at work. We encourage all colleagues to get involved, as a Network Chair, Network Lead or as allies, so that we can use our difference to make a difference.
All Employee Network Groups are sponsored by members of our Group Executive Committee.

At Wesleyan, wellbeing is more than a benefit, Ā itās part of how we support our people to thrive. As part of our Be Well at Wesleyan programme, we recently hosted a Wellbeing Focus Week designed to bring colleagues together and encourage positive conversations around physical, mental, financial and social wellbeing.
Throughout the week, colleagues were invited to take part in a range of activities, including expert-led webinars, practical wellbeing tips and light-hearted challenges that helped make healthy habits easy to engage with. The week created space for people to pause, reflect and explore the support available to them, both inside and outside of work.
Itās just one example of how we put our people first at Wesleyan. By creating opportunities like Wellbeing Focus Week, weāre helping to build an inclusive culture where colleagues feel supported, valued and able to be at their best.
