Established in 1841, Wesleyan help trusted professionals—GPs, hospital doctors, dentists, and teachers—secure their financial future. Today, we’re proud to continue that mission with passion and purpose. If you’re looking for a role where your expertise makes a real impact, and you want to work in a culture that values collaboration, innovation, and integrity, we’d love to hear from you.

Make a Difference in a Growth Marketing Manager role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a commercially focused Growth Marketing Manager to drive lead generation, customer acquisition and revenue growth within Wesleyan’s medical division. You’ll develop and deliver data-led marketing strategies that generate high-quality leads, expand market reach and support sustainable business growth.
Taking ownership of multi-channel campaigns across paid search, social media, advertising and email, you’ll use customer insights, performance data and testing to optimise results, improve conversion rates and maximise return on investment.

This is a high-impact role combining strategic thinking, creativity and analytical expertise, with success measured through clear KPIs and the contribution marketing activity makes to business growth.

Your Impact

Here’s how you’ll make a difference:

  • Developing and delivering a data-driven growth marketing strategy to increase lead generation, customer acquisition and revenue across Wesleyan’s medical division.
  • Managing and optimising multi-channel marketing campaigns across paid search, social media, email, SEO and other digital channels to maximise performance and ROI.
  • Identifying and testing new growth opportunities, acquisition channels and partnership initiatives to support business growth targets.
  • Analysing campaign performance, customer behaviour and growth metrics, using data, insights and A/B testing to improve conversion rates and marketing effectiveness.
  • Working closely with sales, product, CRM and marketing teams, as well as external agencies, to deliver engaging campaigns and enhance the customer journey.
  • Monitoring KPIs, reporting on performance and providing recommendations to drive continuous improvement, customer engagement and long-term growth.

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience in a growth marketing, digital marketing or campaign marketing role, with a strong track record of delivering measurable business growth.
  • Experience developing and executing customer acquisition strategies that generate leads, increase engagement and drive revenue.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience using data, performance metrics and A/B testing to optimise campaigns and inform decision-making.
  • Hands-on knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, paid media, social media, content marketing and marketing automation tools.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and external partners.
  • A commercial, proactive and innovative mindset, with the confidence to test new ideas, challenge convention and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
